This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the small front deck where I could relax on lounge chairs and enjoy a drink while watching the world go by.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They provided us with everything we needed, including yukatas and a pass for the local onsen. The location was perfect, as it was close to all of the major attractions in the area. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style room.
The lack of WiFi was a bit inconvenient, but we didn't find it to be a major issue since there was WiFi available at nearby cafes and restaurants. the room was a bit small for our liking, but it was clean and comfortable nonetheless.

This hotel is a hidden gem located right near the train station in the heart of the city. Its central location makes it incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the thoughtful provision of yukatas and other traditional amenities. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delicious start to the day that you won't want to miss. One of the highlights is sitting on the lounge chairs on the tiny front deck with a beer, watching life go by. Trust me, you won't find this kind of experience anywhere else!
All was fantastic, nothing to improve!

It was a nice and cozy ryokan located close to the train station, public onsen, and a convenient store. the staff was friendly and willing to help despite the language barrier. the tatami room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable futons. the room also had a hot water kettle and tea provided. the traditional yukata and onsen pass were a nice added touch.
The lack of a community room to relax in was a downside, but it didn't greatly affect the overall experience.

This hotel in Kinosaki is truly a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money it offered. The prices were much cheaper compared to similar accommodations in the area. Additionally, the attention to detail was superb. The owners, despite speaking limited English, were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave us lovely gifts upon check out. The location of the hotel couldn't be better as it is right in the center of everything and close to both the train station and the JR station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute little balconies to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. I also appreciated that onsen passes, yakutas, clogs, and even breakfast were included in the price. it was a fantastic experience.
All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

It was nice to have a quiet holiday during Xmas. the snow outside gave the cozy room an even more intimate feeling. the staff was friendly and the traditional style of the inn was interesting. One of the best things was the opportunity to wear a yukata provided by the staff, feeling like part of the Japanese culture.
The cold of winter could be felt in the room, and the blankets were insufficient to keep warm. the amenities were outdated, and the lack of wifi was a problem, especially when considering the remote location of the ryokan.

The room was much larger than I expected and decorated beautifully with tatami floors and a lovely tea set. The staff was kind and provided traditional Japanese clothing for me to wear around town. this hotel had an amazing location, offering easy access to several public baths and the town's main street. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided an authentic and enjoyable experience.
No issues.
